Service - being offered to the market to satisfy needs and wants without owning something from the seller.

Brand - name or trade mark of a particular company in order to create a awareness and for the market to easily remember.

Consumer products - products that are bought everyday or usually bough by consumer for personal use.

Packaging - style design on how the product is being wrap and presented to the market.

Product Mix - all product line or a certain company.

Product Quality - attributes of a product which will help maintain the customer profitable relationship.

Service Intangibility - service with cannot be seen, touch, or hear before the product is being bough by the consumer.

Social marketing - marketing strategy that focus on social side and the effect of a product to the community

Unsought product - products that are less advertise. Product that are unknown or they may know about this but does not think to buy.
